one of my customers is wanting to sell his volter CHP, it is registered and has been for a few years,
it is about 100kw of heat and 50kw of electric. it is used to dry chip and provide heat for a large property.

I assume that vcurrently claims both RHI and FIT
I assume the FIT would be lost on any transfer

he is selling it due to lots of reasons but mainly it is too high maintenance for him, far too much for his life style, a major service every four months and with the reaction chamber problems, altho I am told that have improved them now, not sure about the transfer of fits.

You do not make it sound very attractive. The FITs would certainly be lost as they are tied to the Mpan i may know someone who could be interested but only at a scrap type price

Volter CHP machines are still being manufactured and are available new and secondhand with RHI.

With current electricity prices they are a great investment.
