Hi, I am looking for any volunteer opportunities to support with deer Management activities Nottinghamshire / Leicestershire / Lincolnshire / Derbyshire.
I am qualified (in deer Management), fully insured (for volunteer work) and experienced in many aspects of wildlife management. I am vetted and licensed, and posses firearms suitable for all species of deer in the UK.
I have been granted an open license which allows me to take deer on land not surveyed for suitability by the police, but also on land only approved for smaller calibres. Ideal for smaller pockets of land and woodland that would not pass a survey.
I undertake these activities out of enjoyment of countryside management to ensure a healthy and sustainable ecosystem. I can undertake regular management visits, or just one off visits if wounded or lame animals needs to be found and removed.
If there are volunteer opportunities in this area and you would be willing to discuss further, I can meet at a mutually convenient time to demonstrate that I am a sensible and mature individual.
