You forgot to add the horrifically crap steering lock, the only positive i can find they had a flat dash so the old one i have for a lambing car accommodates a cup of tea nicely.

cant slate mondeos too much i have an 06 plate st tdci with 162k as a second car and i thinks its great for the 2k i paid!

I drove to Le Mans back in 2008 in an '06 Mondeo TDCi. It was comfortable, quick enough and frugal - it averaged 50MPG or thereabouts.

I had an 05 tdci in 2008 but a scaffold wagon wrote it off, i always fancied another and when it came up i thought why not, cam chain too so no belt to change! drives great for mileage and still returns excellent mpg

Ha ha just shy of 2 years ago, just looked at prices they have taken a hammering and rightly so they are an old car now!
