Wanted -24m tractor mounted sprayer

Looking for a 24m, mounted sprayer - somewhere in the 'bargain' to 'reasonably priced' bracket. Budget dictated by condition and spec - 300 ac of combinables but need an affordable machine to do our own spraying before upgrading in a couple of years. Happy to travel if its worth it - not necessarily looking for something on the doorstep.

I should add - our thinking is that we have lightweight tractors here and terra tyres for them so can 'float' about when required. We are aware that we could go self-propelled for reasonable money but have little experience of these machines and their potential problems - would also need two sets of wheels and even then I suspect the wide tyres wouldnt prevent deep tramlines as much as our terra tyres?

I'm not sure what's ”reasonably priced” these days but, I see Edwards and farmers have a couple of 24m, 1600ltr machines around the 7k mark.

I wasn’t sure where my budget was but I am now looking at a couple of well equipped genuine machines for almost half that money ?

Used 24m sprayers are ten a penny really once they get to a certain age. Especially the hull wing type. Still perfectly useable though

Do you mean the type that fold up the side of the cab? Yes, good serviceable machines that with an older type tractor with smaller cabs will do me!

Yes that's the ones. See them in sales making hundreds rather that thousands

Oh yes, just short of time and the money to fund it ?
