4 inch is from the klonskilde industrial range ask robin at plotfeeds

what size is that
Probably be better if i got all metal anyway
Presently blowing wood pellets into a hopper using 110mm plastic
Elbow at top lasts @ 60 tons before wearing through
Would need to be able to connect pipe from wagon onto you size though if i did that

How you going to connect metal bend to plastic 110 pipe, ?

Collinson bin makers at Garstang do all sorts and not that much money,
was 65 for a new upright pipe short pipe and bends to top of a bin couple of years ago

Could you not reduce radius of bend, ?
have other pipe work in yard, will get some pictures,
The best pipe you can get is Law Dennis, very thick gauge steel, alas i haven’t any at the moment .

I used to make blow pipes using this sort of stuff, also had one blowing in to a crittal bin using half a car tyre for the final bend, that created a bit of dust but no worse than the bucket elevator, and there were 2 x 24" fans trying to suck the dust away anyway
