Wanted land of 1.5- 2 acres for long term rent

My wife and I are looking for a 1.5-2 acres plot of land to rent.
We are looking for somewhere in Dorset where to set up a sustainable green space for us and the community.

Try the local churches . They own a lot of pieces ground . They have just let a lad grow willow for 20 years here

You do realise that renting a piece of ground does not entitle you to allow all and sundry to use it too? Any rental agreement would undoubtedly include clauses that precluded you allowing others to use the land or in any way take possession of it without the landlords permission.

by this do you mean a productive piece of land to grow food on, or an amenity piece to picnic etc ? If the former, then you need to join and take advice from the below.
