Wanted: shed or garage or outbuilding to use as a workshop (London surrounds)

Looking to rent an outbuilding space, preferably with electricity, to use as workshop to fettle with hobby classic bikes.

I have a garage in London but the lease is drawing to a close in May.

Please message if you have any space which might fit the bill! References available if required.
