Water ram pumps, is there anyone using these in the UK ,
I maken them here in Ireland my system is excellent and made from top quality materials and built to last, working on 1ft of fall to heights of 82mts to 500mt distance on a 2 inch ram pump,

Still using 2 Blake's, how do yours compare on efficiency?

Am putting out 16lts a minute at 3bar , they run very well ,

Got a Blake’s here too, supplies two farms. Just replaced delivery clack. Have a feeling it’s pre ww2

Are these similar to the old Vulcan rams? When my sister lived in Anglesey, the estate water came from a reservoir filled by a ram built in 1790something and still going strong. They still came to service it every year and had the original invoice for the installation.

I've modified the vavels system to work on mim 1 ft fall pumping 82mts high , I dont need to do much with mind my vavels dont break like the old ones used to

I no the blake rams very well given in my work shop, the owner was telling me they cost a lot to repair and the parts are very expensive

£90 for a new clack every 15 years, I wouldn’t say that was expensive

We've got a spring with 2 25mm pipes running full bore out of it we could probably put a pump in 15 foot lower down than the spring I'm wondering how high this would pump? How many litres per minute would it do if it was pumping down a 600 metre pipe to a height of of 100 metres or so??

Ud be collection that in a surge tank from the 2m mm pipe to keep tank full to run the pump, 2 inch will pump 200mt up no bother to it on a 1 inch pipe at around 10lts per min , thats going on my own ram pump system ,

How many liters are ye getting out of them ram pumps and what falls have ye got on them to the pumps,
