Water tank advice

Hi, fitting a 60kw Angus boiler secondhand
it has two hot water tanks
T2 just single

now Tank1 has several ports trying to work it out
the bottom third has 1”bps in and out

this is presumably a preheat coil from solar or similar yes/no

on top of the tank is two ports one red one blue

Not very good at pics and/or posting them
the central heating water, does it come off the 22mm pipe on top of the tank or is it drawn off the 1 1/2 steel
we dont know if they were for a secondary heat source or what ever
spoke to Angus helpful but told me to find a makers plate etc, can’t find it anywhere

One hasn't got a rubber bladder in it for expansion, has it?
