Water tank advice

Hi, fitting a 60kw Angus boiler secondhand
it has two hot water tanks
T2 just single

the bottom third has 1”bps in and out

this is presumably a preheat coil from solar or similar yes/no

Not very good at pics and/or posting them
the central heating water, does it come off the 22mm pipe on top of the tank or is it drawn off the 1 1/2 steel
we dont know if they were for a secondary heat source or what ever
spoke to Angus helpful but told me to find a makers plate etc, can’t find it anywhere
