Wednesdays Summary: dry cold with some fog patches.

    Today:

A cold, frosty foggy start for much of England and Wales. Fog slow to clear staying in places for most of the day. Although I expect some sunshine will develop, particularly in the south-west and northern England. While the NW may see a little rain at times. It’s going to feel cold with a high 9C/48F but near freezing in the fog.
