eBay, Costa, Met office and YouTube. All eventualities coveredLooking for recommendations for a weed id App to download onto my phone anyone got any recommendations .Also what other good apps to have got WTWords of course .
I know the ones at home it is when on other farms i see weeds and if i don't know them i pull them up and take home to id them but usually they are well buggered by the time i get home . I am just trying to broaden my knowledge and thought that a id app might help do it on the spot . I have got the arable weeds book by HGCA that is useful for most weeds. Old friends OLLIE more like old enemies' you mean .Buy a handbook and practice. In reality you won't find every week on your farm unless you have a wide range of soil types. Over time you will be familiar with them and they will just be like old 'friends'.
Buy the old grasses and sedges handbook also.
