I wouldn't have thought it would be an issue tbh as I don't think it's a true thistle like creeping or gore/scotch etc.

i Have no idea if thistlex would kill it but I'm sure theres a cheaper chemical that would do the job..... maybe just cutting it would do the job.

I would think ThistelX would nail sow thistles although they are only annuals and not that difficult to sort, MCPA would fold them up.
