Looking For Work Weekend farm work (sheep/ anaerobic digestion)

I work during the week in a municipal waste treatment (aerobic digestion) plant and I would like to work outside in the country on the weekends. Preferably with sheep (i've had a few experiences with my mother's family, who are sheep farmers) and/or a farm which has incorporated an anaerobic digestion system (it would be great to get some experience in a different waste treatment process).
I have a driver's licence, i'm fine with heavy lifting and I bring with me a strong willingness to learn and develop.
