SATURDAY
---------------
High pressure builds to the south of the UK on Saturday and will be affecting most areas. Fronts are close to the northern Scotland. A west to southwest flow for most.
It should be a fair day overall for most with sunny spells and feeling very warm too.
Northwestern Scotland may see some low cloud, as will western coasts of Ireland and some western coasts of Wales. Drizzle in northwest Scotland too.
A few fog patches over western and southern coasts and hills too with sea breezes forming in the afternoon.
Winds mostly W-SW 12-15kt (F4) but sea breezes forming around coasts lifting speeds to 20-25kt 9F5-F6) at times. Mostly SW 20-28kt (F5-F6) but perhaps 30kt (F7) at times off northwest Scotland.
SUNDAY
=======
A weak cold front drifts south through Scotland and Northern Ireland on Sunday. This brings a band of cloud and some patchy outbreaks rain with it across central and southern Scotland and parts of Northern Ireland.
Brighter weather follows to northern Scotland perhaps with an odd shower.
For England, Wales and southern Ireland the day is dry and bright. Good spells of sunshine for many and feeling very warm too. However, sea breezes develop in the south and these will help the development of some isolated yet torrential thundery showers in the southeast later.
Winds variable 5-10kt (F2-F3) in the south but becoming 15-20kt (F4-F5) in sea breezes. Mostly W 15-18kt (F4-F5) in central and northern Scotland. W 8-12kt (F3-F4) across northern England and Northern Ireland.
