Welger D4006 Bale trip mechanism malfunction

Hi I have a D4006 baler, computer shows bale has 'tripped' to knot and release the bale but this isnt happening at the back unless manually done - anyone else had this problem - wondering if a sensor or loose wire, any suggestions gratefully received - thanks
