What’s this cold plasma treatment mentioned in FW this week?

As above, it was a very brief article about something that looks pretty revolutionary to me. It says about treating dermatitis and other surface wounds. But what about mastitis and other more deep tissue infections? Could it be used on them?

I found an experiment in Poland on killing mastitis cells outside of the udder, but nothing actually doing it in the udder.

Yes I saw it. Bit thin on practical applications so far.
