Is that a steering column adjuster??, looks like one I got for the JCB couple of years ago, just ordered it from JCB dealer.

Can you put a piece of threaded bar (or cut a long bolt) in the one you have?

the handle bit looks ok or is the other one snapped at the handle ? , if both handles ok you just need the threaded part can you not just buy some threaded rod and cut to length ?

I was typing m8 handle and allsorts then I just found something which gave me the proper wording.

its off a bandsaw … sling slipped when lifting snapped 1 and bent the other.

there 2 different types any way soo just get full units?

you twist the unit then put your thumb on top of bolt lift lever and go back, kind of like a ratcheting idea
