What is cinch ??

I have seen an advert on TV about a new way of buying s/h
Cars called cinch
I looked on line and it is backed by BCA so it looks ok but does not say where the vehicles come from

It's just another online classifieds site. The cars are all listed at dealers, so essentially it is Autotrader with a slightly different user interface.

i could be mistaken but i understood bca owned or affiliated with we buy any car so that could be the stock

old thread I know but incase you are still wondering its an arm of bca auctions
they pick the best cars and send the cr?p to auction
They fix up the best,mot them and sell them on so i wouldn't be buying anything through bca auctions anytime soon

We always called that a twitch
Still do them, puzzles some of the younger generation when you undo it and it just unties with no knots to undo

14 year old asked me to show him how make one the other day.
Been doing them in seconds for over 30 years without even thinking about it. Found it really hard to think about what I was actually doing in slow motion whist describing what the next stage was!!

Called it a dolly round here. Use straps now so a bit rusty with them.

Called a girth round here wot goes under a horse, buying a horse from girth doesn't sound right unless you're very broad in the beam.
