Bird cherry I always call them wild cherry types.
I wouldn’t eat them give ya belly ache...

99% sure that is cherry and fully edible, may need more sun yet. You will know when they are properly ripe as the blackbirds will have cleared them

The pigeons were clearing ours a couple of weeks ago .The cherries were only about twice the size of a pea , green and rock hard . I shot one pigeon and its gullet was rammed full of them .

I have had the same issue in the garden, cherry tree was packed with cherries this year then one day they cleared half of them

Petra had a grandad who said of wild mushrooms (they have lots in the woods in the CR), that they are all edible..
