What makes one calve feed but another not to!!!

As the question above asks: What is it that makes one calve get up and feed when born and another one be as stupid as he'll and won't feed at all!

Both born within about 3 hours of each Other, both from the same Sire!

The dams are home-bred, same age, and there from the same sire also!
Been together all winter so had exact same feeding rations and minerals!

Both calves are normal sized so not as if one is big and dopey!

Both cows calved themselves with no problems and have excellent bags with 4 good sized teats!

Yet the first one born won't feed and refuses to be helped to feed on the teat yet the 2nd one born was feeding by itself within 30 minutes.....
