What to do with strong crop of volunteer barley?

No, its actually about 24 acres split into two fields. To be honest now that I know it is of use to anyone for forage I really ain’t too bothered about leaving it all until spring and I’ll address the issue when I see what has survived by then. Certainly not going to mess about fencing it just for a few weeks grazing for sheep on a one off basis.

There was someone from north wales looking for keep a few days ago, on here.
Let them fence the field and charge 50p head a week . If it keeps 200 for 5 weeks it’s £500.
Pay for a weekend away .

Just need a bit of elec fencing for sheep lads that put sheep out on tack often have their own fencing
