Got a tenant most likely going to give notice on a house, is this a good time to shift it on or just re-let it?

Depends if you need money or not?Got a tenant most likely going to give notice on a house, is this a good time to shift it on or just re-let it?
That has been in my mind for a little while nowMay be an idea to see who wins the election. I wouldn’t want tenants in a property if a full blooded Labour government come to power.
Definitely slowing down here for sales, rents are fairly static but there is demand and the property won’t need much work, it has an EPC cert and is compliant. I am minded to re-let again.Houses not shifting very fast in our area, reckon you should hold tight awhile to see how things pan out, have a look on Rightmove to see how long equivalent houses are taking.

You could always let it on a 6 month Contract then on a monthly rollover until the market picks up.
It goes like that sometimes, then you get some one that stays for 8 years and keeps the place tidy. Its a good job then. What winds me up is when the property is vacant you have to pay council tax, its loose loose then.If it’s been on a relatively easy let and your area is not too bad to find decent tenants then I’d re let it. We’ve got a terraced house locally that’s been a bit if bother and are now on third set of tenants in 14 months!!
