what to use for a good kill

I have a very nice stand of volunteer spring barley in my emerging winter wheat.
What can I use to get rid of it not hurting the wheat? Here they tell me
all I can do is wait for frost...

Where are you? How hard a frost do you expect this winter?

Monitor kills it, but is propably not allowed in the autumn. Wait and see if winter will do it, and then use Monitor.

I'm on the Tundra or at least in Sweden, so frost will kill it for sure.
But until then it will be a proper carpet perfect for snow mold.
Monitor and Broddway are both no nos in autumn for us.
