What value for a shed for cattle?

As above really, without any feed or bedding, but just for shed and water what would be a realistic price per head per month, or by square footage per month?

I appreciate that this is a bit like ‘how long is a piece of string?’ if you think of the opportunity costs of more valued storage etc. but I would appreciate any opinions as to how much a cattle shed would be worth per month without any labour, feed or bedding.

TIA

If you're renting out, at least £1 sq ft per year, to cover maintenance / insurance / damage / water...... Otherwise, might as well stay empty. Just my opinion. If you can rent it for cheaper than that, then great.
