Possibly Thrips?
Many swede crops have been sprayed for Flea Beetle, when in many cases relatively harmless Thrips were the culprits.

Notching is usually a sign of weevil so my guess is going to be clover leaf weevil.

I don't think Cranefly or Daddy Longlegs eat anything. It gets in the way of mating and dying.
