What's that overalls pocket for?

You know the one, the little narrow one below the usual pocket! What's the point of it other than to catch all of the little bits of straw when you're bedding up?!

I carry a screwdriver and a 7mm jubilee driver in it, to slacken chain tensioner on the harvesting head it's perfect for the job

I jam a few yards of bale string in it for those unexpected bodge repairs, the only place it ever comes out without trying, is in an agitator washing machine

Cut it out / off with scissors (carefully) that's what i do ...same for cargo trousers...... I cut half of them out I hate too many pockets

Ideal for welding rods I find. But rarely use that pocket for anything else, as whatever it is sticks out and gets caught on things or is to short and you can’t get whatever it is out easily

Similar pocket in the trousers I wear though, which fit a leatherman perfectly
