What's wrong with this lamb?

Lamb seems to look round to it's right and sometimes slightly upwards, like its blind but it isn't. It hasn't had its head stuck and its difficult to notice when it's in the field but in the pen it's quite obvious because when its stressed from being handled or thinks its being left behind it twist round to the point that it will fall over when trying to run,
Anybody any ideas?
I'm afraid the pictures don't really do it justice!

No, it appears fit and healthy in all other ways!

Not that I'm aware of, not a mark on it and only me and the dog that's ever amongst them to get them running enough to run into something!

I'm starting to wonder if maybe it could be an infection, might have to double check on that!

Obviously hard to tell from pic but I'd say ear infection & that affecting balance/coordination when forced to run. Is he tagged in that side?(can only see the EID)

He was tagged but lost the tag quite some time ago so unrelated!
