Wheel Trolleys/Carriers

Has anyone made a Wheel trolley carrier thingy to help when changing tractor wheels?

I've been thinking about making one with brackets for the Loadall welded on.

If anyone has any pictures of their efforts, they would be appreciated.

I keep thinking about doing the same, but I keep wondering if I could make something with a box rotator.

Yes, need some way of rotating the wheels, to line the studs up.

we had one at a place i used to work, it used to take so long to dig it out of the back of the shed that you would just end up doing it by hand

I use to have one and had thought it would be ideal with the freely rotating sleeves.

We use a 4 foot (1.2m ) piece of scaffold pole, come on Andy put your back into it.

I made this a few years ago, utilising my round bale squeezer.
It works well i have to say, which surprised me.

I use the pallet forks at the moment. Different strategy depending on whether the wheel centres are solid or not.

we have got near identical way of changing the wheels over,but ours mount on some pallet tines. will try and get a picture of them. there burried somewhere at the back of a shed.
