Where would you want to farm?

So, if I was to sell my farm in NI and farm elsewhere in the UK, where would be best?
Beef and sheep farm with maybe some arable for own use

North Cornwalls hard to beat at some points in the year with short mild winters, grass grows pretty much year round and the coastal farms don’t tend to get too wet.
But this time of the year is a emmit (tourist) nightmare. The place is over run with cars that can’t reverse and dog walkers and cyclists that can’t seem to stop to get out the way. Land price is artificially inflated as well as everyone has a 2nd income from renting holiday cottages. So a viscous circle of tourism propping up the farming sector but at the same time making it very stressful to go about your work from Easter to Your October!
I vote South Island NZ somewhere between Dunedin and Invercargill

The one thing i don’t know is were Wat and Offa English or Welsh, I’m guessing English to keep the Welsh out.

Bought some land next door last year, the sellers late father used to reckon it was the best land in the country, full of the blood of the welshmen who had fought over it.
Metal detectorists certainly tell me there are plenty of musket balls to be found on the area
Offa was the king of Mercia so wasn’t English or welsh
