I have the same, I wouldn’t just anything else. As someone said, you only have one pair of lungs so look after them.

I’ve had a airstream for 4 years now probably should treat it to a new battery as it doesn’t last like it used to. Brilliant helmet tho would have another.

For blowing down I just use a full face twin filter respirator.
Doesn't steam up due to the way the air flows through.
Very pleased with it.

I use a Purelite Xstream helmet got from Spaldings, no complaints with it at all. Had one of the JSP caps in the past and it was no where near as good as a full helmet in my opinion.
