Which plough?

I'm going to try my hand at ploughing up an acre and getting some turnips in for the sheep
just as a trial on a sloping field of ours, if successful I will do the lot next year
My question is which plough type would suit my 135 for this job?

It doesn't matter which plough you choose if the mould boards aren't shiny you will make a mess. First priority is to clean them of rust or any thick preservative. If the rust is bad clean off all the loose stuff and wire brush it then give it a couple of coats of paint but a hard enamel type. Once that is dry polish it with a good car polish and your ready to go. It may sound silly but if the soil binds then it bulldozes rather than slices. As you plough the paint will wear off polishing the metal underneath, when finished give them a thin coat of waxoyl to keep rust off. Don't use grease as it goes hard and I find causes problems.
