Which router?

Hi all

Currently have a BT Home hub and I'm fed up of it. The signal is getting dodgy, and we can't fix addresses so every time we have a power cut we have to redo our agricamera, cctv, backups etc.

So I'd like to throw the Bt hub in the bin and replace it. It needs:

Fastest wifi
Fixed addresses for the above
The cheaper the better

Any ideas?

If you phone up BT, and say your router has started to emit smoke or some rubbish like that, they will send you a latest generation one.

The newish ones are not that bad in all honesty.
