Which Small (Narrow) "Vintage" Tractor for Odd Jobs?

I'm coming round to the idea of having a small vintage tractor for flail topping field edges and such like around the farm. A compact hydro tractor would do the job and probably in more comfort but I like the idea of having something more iconic which hopefully wont depreciate too much. Any suggestions as to a reliable, easily repaired machine of about 40hp (enough for 5ft flail?) which is as as close to 5ft narrow as possible? I guess something like an MF 35 would be in the running but keen to know what else is out there as a bit out of touch with this category of machine. Thanks!

MF 135 and a 5’ flail. Only downside is I can’t use the hydraulic sideshift which would be useful occasionally. Bit noisy but it does give the engine a good work out.

Run whatever brand you have of tractor on the farm eg ford 3000,MF 135,IH 434(?) JD 1120 everyone made one that is capable of what you want. Or you could be weird and buy a DB? @Selectamatic will help you with those.....

A 5’ flail would test a 35. 434 in good order would cope.
Happen to have a narrow 434 for sale but probably a bit far away.
