Why are we giving India £98 million??

It seems their moon lander didn’t work . They wasted all that money when they should be looking after their own people..... I heard a woman being interviewed on the news about the moon landing and she said they are attempting to test the surface from minerals that could be mined commercially. Really !!!!! Mining on the moon .... for commercial gain..... and we are giving them £98 million pounds

I had a client who would lease any salmon fishing available. Then give it away. I couldn't understand it until someone explained, "You do business with people you know and like". The guy was a millionaire.
