Winter storage for tedder

Bought one this year and was wondering should I store it in work or transport position? TIA

If it's a trailed I would store it folded up but something like a 6 rotor mounted I would store unfolded as they are a tall wobbly lump and very tempting for kids etc to climb up!

Consider chocking it up to take the weight off the 2 middle wheels.

Never really gave it much thought.. Always stored them like this and wheels still round following summer..

perhaps your tyres are better then mine. They only seem to last a couple of years. Useless things.

Used to have that problem but think they must have got better. Centre ones are bigger on ours to the outer wings

Always folded ours up, (outside winter storage) then found out at our expense that the water gets to places you really dont want it. Leave it folded out now to stop it doing it again.
