Has any one withdrawn from a SFI agreement if so how difficult was it ? I am having second thoughts about it to difficult to comply with the rules.

Just email the RPA with your SBI and Agreement number and ask to cancel the Agreement. They will.

Thank you I have done that they are saying it has been passed to technical team.

Yes that seems to be the standard response - pass to the technical team. There will be certain RPA individuals with permissions to make such changes. You may find it takes a week or so for the RPA site to show the change and the agreement as withdrawn.
