Looking for recommendations for a silo supplier
Want to be able to store 12 ton pellets in a square hopper @ 2.5m square by 4/5 m high
Indoor so no fancy coatings needed

Yeh got a price off them
Struggling to find any one else that does them

There are others but the footprint is 2mx2m or 4mx2m

Buildabin do a one that holds 9 tons but not sure of the height

Can you not just build a room and put an auger in? That is what I have done for my chip.

That is an option
I have had a quote of £2500 for a 12 ton galvanised bin with hopper bottom, so probably not worth the hassle of building one

Just thinking that pellets must be considerably heavier than chip if you can get 12 ton in a hopper that size!

pretty much the same as barley in density
Been buying 4 ton at a time, but if we can 12 ton will save @ £50 a ton, so soon paid for
Bloody annoying thing is Forever fuels have a depot @ 3 miles from us, but still charge £60 a ton delivery, and will not let us collect bulk.
So the next project is to find someone not to far away that we can either collect from or maybe get a local blower wagon to collect
