Woodheads / Morrisons

What is it about the above that they make it so difficult to get into their website ? I have NEVER succeded in logging in since they "updated / upgraded ???" their site , despite using an old computer with W7 and "opera" "Chrome" MS' own browser , and a new computer using W 10 pro and all the above browsers . FFS , I only want a "food chain , cattle " doc e mailed to me . Hell! it's not as if it's top secret or anything or "for your eyes only" . I spoke yesterday to a very nice young lady at Colne , asking -- no response . Again today -- still no response , and I'm sitting here with me thum up me bum , waiting , and still waiting, for the elusive e mail . She says she might get in trouble for sending one out to me . I despair !

The mistake I made was setting up my own chrome account first then trying to login. No go. I got them to set up an account and send me the username and password. Now I go into google chrome, log in using that that and then go to the Morrison’s site. Press farmers log in and hey presto your in

Thanks Chuckie for the copy of FCI . That was the point I was making - no , it isn't a secret document "for your eyes only " and virtually the same doc , but not personalised to Woodheads is available to anybody I think , on line . the young lady I asked said I would get her into trouble just for asking . Why , I wonder , was this , I spent a pleasant , but ultimately fruitless quarter of an hour speaking to her , as well as yesterday , when a simple "yes . OK "would have taken a couple of minutes and no expense to them . After all , THEY require the doc when we deliver the cattle ! I've downloaded and saved it , then I scan it , pre-populate it with such details as I can at the time , and then print it . It saves my son a bit of time when he's entering the tag no's . Thanks again Mr. Chuckie
