MVF took over the agric merchanting bit of CWG but have nothing to do with the wool side - that's still CWG, Stamford.
Your Norfolk collection centre is, as said above, George Harvey, Flordon (07771 522347).

I had to work out how to use the pegs when I crossed the border, always having used strings before.
What’s that all about? Is it just a Welsh thing?
Not a clue but they keep sending pegs back and the letter this year said pegs or string..
