Working out rental value?

Hi

Is there a formula for working out what rent can be achieved for a yard and/or unused buildings?

I appreciate different areas of the country will have different values, but how do people come by these figures?

It all depends on size, access restrictions, term of agreement, use etc etc

Rightmove / local agents.

work out the going rate in £/psf then use google earth to give approx measurements.

screen shot that and stick it in the HOT or offer letters Etc.

consider planning and digital footprints as well, one day the council will catch up with you And back date rates
