Working out the age of a steel portal building with an EU Plaque

Hello,

Looking at a shed and trying to work out its age, theres nothing on our local planning portal to say when it went up? It is a steel portal frame with panted metal cladding and a dirt floor, electric and hanging lights. The only thing that might give a clue is this plaque (inserted below).

Would anyone know a way to do this other than speaking to the company (business link Devon and Cornwall) on Monday as i'm trying to find out asap?

Can I ask why you need to know the age of the building. The condition of a building can vary so much... Usage, ventilation, near the coast.

Summer 2001 IIRC.

DEFRA was 'formed' in the wake of the mis-handling of the Foot & Mouth outbreak by MAFF.

I expect so as these EU programmes have to keep records for decades. You might try David Rodda at Cornwall Council.
