Oh so just turn it up a bit then ?Should be a screw in the back to increase the pressure. Needs to be 12 bar for red diesel.
If it's the torpedo type heater then the little pressure screw in the back will increase the pressure to make it a finer mist to ignite. Red diesel has a higher flash point than kero and paraffin so needs to be squeezer more to get it to burn.Oh so just turn it up a bit then ?
Thanks I will have a lookIf it's the torpedo type heater then the little pressure screw in the back will increase the pressure to make it a finer mist to ignite. Red diesel has a higher flash point than kero and paraffin so needs to be squeezer more to get it to burn.
Better on kero , cheaper to buy and will burn less and make more heatI have a very old large space heater never misses a beat on Kero will run on red but won’t start on red , can I alter it so it will run and start on red ? Ie new jet or something ??
