I've had a Spalding's one since the mid nineties.
Has been faultless.
Alongside their hydraulic puller, never even blown a seal.
Alright, it's not used every day but bloody handy kit to have and not silly money.

I know the op doesn’t rate Draper but I’ve had a 10t Draper expert trolley jack for Best part of a decade now and it’s been faultless. Gets used weekly if not daily so done some work.
It has a safety valve on the lower to stop it dropping to fast when loaded so you don’t need to feather the valve open letting stuff down try to line wheels up etc.

think I paid around £650-700 but it was a while ago now.

I would look at the Sealey commercial ones too.
The 7 tonne one I have came ex-display from a firm of motor factors from Kidderminster on E Bay, for about £250, and has been fine.
