Anyone else doing it on here? I held of the new year diet until Thursday as we had stuff on right up until last weekend with plenty left overs to get through. So I am attempting to go from now until the 10th of February at the very least keeping carbs at less than 5% of daily allowance but ideally staying on meat only. I need to loose best part of 3 stone, I have always had a serious sugar addiction so this is not going to be easy.
I have been following world carnivore tribe on Facebook for a while now, it’s a good antidote to all the vegan shite that’s on facebook. Although some nutters at the opposite end of the scale lol.
There are many amazing transformations from morbidly obese down to normal health weights many of them cured of a list of health ailments. So I’m giving it a go.

Carnivanuary here too.
We also don’t need to buy any more booze for a long time thanks to so many Christmas presents of it.
The trouble is that I like bread too much to mop up the gravy and meat juices.
So the carbs still happen here as well!

Such a shame they don’t recommend 5-a-day meat intake
I’d be the healthiest bloke alive!

I with the tribe where people just eat a healthy balanced diet and keep it to themselves.
I suspect for a great many of us a vegan diet would be a good idea for a while after Christmas, I wouldn’t want a meat only diet ever. it’s not anti farming, who do you think grows the fruit and veg if not farmers.
