Would a 360 run a flail hedge cutter head?

Any plans do contract work with it? Got a long bit of river bank with lots of willow that we last cleared about 30 yrs ago,that might be just the job to clear it up

Not really, I've got a long list of bits of hedgerow and woodland edge that I want to get done here before the end of the cutting period next month. Plus the grapple has pins to fit my old Akerman 360 so not sure if it would fit any other makes. You could try the importers of the Intermercato version of the same attachment, they say on their website they hire them out:
