Must be gutting to see your machine go up in smoke!
Only ever had one of ours on fire, and I count myself very very lucky that I was able to put it out, and that the damage was not too serious. But by heck, flames soon focus the mind, and get the adrenaline flowing
Never had one go up myself, but if one did I would be in no rush to put it out.
Half a machine is no good to me
A replacement can be easily sourced, much faster and less hastle than a repair after a fire.
