Hi all, im a budding new business, currently working full time, and i need a place to start, and really struggling getting somewhere.
I need a small place to sell tea/coffee and general hangout for motorcycle club enthusiasts. BSA Triumph Armstrong and the likes. My local Triumph club has had to move due to the pub that was used closing down.
This is a huge long shot, iv tried all my local estate agents and you just get treated with contempt because your not handing over hundreds of thousands of pounds.
so, small building, 100sq mts or there abouts, with ability for electricity, and water. Somewhere that could be made to feel welcoming to all, and a hard standing/ parking area.
