Most of the problems we had (circuit breaker trips, faulty vibration sensor, issues with the tip brake mechanism etc) are sorted out now. No doubt more will crop up in future so will be good to be able to discuss with others.

Good idea Richard L, we have a WhatsApp group for Vestas V27`ers, sharing any problems, comparing output etc. Nothing like being able to talk to someone with same model etc.

Very well, reliable and proven technology , although we upgraded to Mita-Teknik remote monitoring and "unique to site" pitch control software. Well worth it....we get fair bit of wind here, recorded 92mph at our modest 30m hub height during a february storm last year.
Needless to say, glad she was standing still.

Mita teknik is a very reliable we have that in our x series think our highest has been mid 80,s

Couldn't praise Mita-Teknik as a company high enough, since it was a retro-fit, it took a few months to get the tuning of the pitch control exactly correct for strong gusty winds but performance is spot on now... for example, with the monitoring we could look back and see 4 high wind stops(10mins each) during Christmas night/Boxing day morning, the strongest was at 1.15am a 34.3m/s 76mph gust
