Don't like the FMX+.Precision IQ looks good and I want to use it but my dealer and new Holland don't want me to use it and will not give me a reason why I can't use it and will not give me any training on it so I am struggling a bit

Are you using Field IQ ? Precision IQ doesn't work with it at present, or yield monitoring either I think.
Apart from that I don't see any reason why they don't want you using it, unless they have no idea about it either !!

You would have thought that but ........... you know that old saying that involve's an arse and elbow! PIQ is starting to come of age and would be an ideal way to go .... certainly be on display at LAMMA

Just got it all fitted into tractor now they tell me not to use PIQ[emoji30][emoji35]just want someone to tell the truth and help me out might go to lamma and talk to Trimble and see what is going on

The comment that the "PiQ is starting to come of age" should kind of give you a clue...when the XCN/TMX was released first the PiQ was the only user interface and performed quite slowly and had a very limited feature set.
In a later software release the FM1000+ app was introduced to bring up the feature set to the same level of the previous display more or less and the FM1000+ user interface is the same layout as the previous display, but faster responding and richer resolution - so it's proven software/technology and performed better than the old display (FM1000/FmX).

So in that sense, I think it's a clever move by your dealer to advise you to use the FM1000+ app because they probably had bad experience with the PiQ app in the early days so they'd prefer to promote the FM1000+ app.

However, in the last few versions the PiQ app works quite nicely so if you feel comfortable using it just use it.
