Yorkshire Seed Potatoes

Hi, Has anyone used Yorkshire Seed potatoes this year

I have seen some Estima (Certified Seed SE) which were infected with PLRV and other viruses . Is this a problem with aphids just in Yorkshire or Countrywide?

Has anyone seen it this bad? Surely there shouldn't be any amount in certified seed stock? this was 100% infected plants
